Former J.P. Morgan and Goldman Sachs senior leader to join AccessFintech to lead the product group

AccessFintech to enhance capital markets domain and build industry relations by hiring new Head of Product with over 20 years of industry experience

AccessFintech, the leading provider of real-time data insights across financial markets, has appointed Naveen TV as Head of Product. As part of the executive team Naveen will be responsible for expanding and maturing AccessFintech’s suite of products that operate on the data infrastructure Synergy. Naveen will be responsible for driving product innovation by expanding the feedback loop with the capital markets ecosystem leading on go-to-market strategy and campaign management.

Naveen holds over twenty years of expertise in financial services and most recently spent 12 years at J.P. Morgan as the Global Head of Data Strategy and AI. Here, he forged strategic partnerships, strengthened client relationships, and played a key role in implementing cutting-edge, front-to-back operating models. These enhancements improved data sharing and boosted operational efficiency for clients and the Securities Services sector. Whilst at J.P. Morgan, Naveen worked in partnership with AccessFintech on innovating and delivering data led collaboration initiatives, creating a data network with Brokers, Agent Banks and Buy Side firms. Partnership projects included the collaboration on a range of custody data sets to include trade processing, payment and tax reclaim statuses.

Prior to J.P. Morgan, Naveen worked at Goldman Sachs for eight years as Vice President focusing on client onboarding, client relationship management and middle office operations. He also brings board experience having served as board director at Saphyre and AccessFintech. Naveen’s wealth of industry experience, knowledge and connections will deliver significant value to AccessFintech’s product offering.

AccessFintech specialises in financial transactions where there is a distributed supply chain of organisations. It’s Synergy platform utilises real-time data and collaboration to generate predictive insights and benefit from AI-assisted root cause analysis – increasing visibility into transaction life cycles and benchmarking insights. The Synergy Network supports numerous products across global markets including derivatives, securities, cash and loans.
