The AccessFintech (AFT) Buyside Customer Success role sits within the Buyside Client Satisfaction team, which is responsible for full lifecycle client support. This includes working with prospects to pitch and position AFT all the way through to supporting and leading active client accounts.

This team provides support to Buyside organisations i.e. Asset Managers, Asset Owners, Hedge Funds, Fund Admins, and Outsourced Middle Office providers. A mirrored team provides equivalent services to sell-side clients (Executing Brokers, Prime Brokers, Custodians) ensuring consistency of service provision through expert routes for the entire AFT network. 

Responsibilities

As a Buyside Customer Success Manager at AccessFintech (AFT), you will lead all aspects of the post-sales client relationship while ensuring a positive experience for key stakeholders.

You will be engaged from the point of onboarding onwards, with a focus on working with clients to:

  • Understand key challenges and needs
  • Define and track success measures
  • Identify opportunities for extending product take-up
  • Create and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Be the voice of AFT within client organisations / voice of the client within AFT

Requirements

  • Being the key point of contact for queries and support requests from your client portfolio
  • Collection and analysis of client data to track progress, identify challenges and opportunities
  • Scheduling and preparing regular reviews with appropriate stakeholders 
  • Ensuring the company remains compliant and adheres to the terms and conditions listed in contracts
  •  Making full use of in-house applications to report on and lead multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Continuous collaboration with internal teams to problem solve and share ideas
  • Working with clients remotely and travelling to support in person meetings, as required
