About The Position

Access Fintech is an innovative risk management service for banks and buyside firms. The service helps firms track the trade lifecycle and get a true sense of prioritized risk, across an increasing number of systems. Access Fintech brings together Fintech providers and in-house technology, orchestrating the interaction of the distributed providers and creating a single visual display of the risk of financial transactions in a global sharable view.

Responsibilities

  • Handle daily IT support activities and assistance on laptop/desktop support
  • Technical support for hardware and software malfunctions for the company's employees.
  • Handle and maintain information and security systems
  • This position requires excellent customer service, communication, and customer relationship skills


Requirements

  • At least one year of Proven Experience as a PC Technician / Helpdesk
  • Extensive experience installing, managing, and maintaining End Point security tools
  • Familiarity with Networking products, Managing remote workstations, Knowledge of Security protocol, Encryption tools
  • Familiarity with Mac OS X & Windows
  • Technical orientation, ability to learn quickly.
  • Familiarity working with a wide range of cloud systems, including Office 365.
  • The job requires working from the office.
