 AccessFinTech is looking for a Pre-Sales Engineer to take a significant role in the company’s pursuit for exponential expansion, scalability, and revenue growth. In this role you will report to Executive Vice President, Global Enterprise Sales and play an important part in all aspects of new revenue generation. Amongst your responsibilities:

You will use your knowledge to influence customer decisions, provide insightful solutions that lead to closed business and drive towards successful implementations. What you'll do:

  • Assist the Sales team as the technical subject matter expert for AccessFintech’s network during customer calls and presentations
  • Use market and technical knowledge to consult on best practices, and offer constructive direction for solution architecture and design
  • Stay up-to-date on relevant competitive solutions, products and services
  • Drive customer success with your knowledge and recommendations
  • Ensure the smooth transition of customer engagements to the post-sales team
  • Work with Product Management to capture and articulate customer and prospect product enhancement feedback
  • Work with Professional Services for a smooth handoff towards successful implementation

 

Requirements

  • 5-10+ years of direct sales experience selling enterprise software to the Financial Services Industry, particularly Capital Markets
  • Trade Processing and data experience are advantageous
  • Excellent customer-facing communication and organization skills
  • Good troubleshooting abilities and methodical approach
  • Ability to describe complex technical concepts to diverse audiences: executives, business stakeholders and technology practitioners
  • Passion for demonstrating solutions and ability to provide technical input during the sales process
  • Broad understanding of the capital markets landscape and eco-system
  • Ability to plan, execute and close out a Proof of Concept with minimal assistance and oversight
  • Some prior experience with one or more of the following:
  • Experience with Linux or container frameworks (such as Docker) is a strong plus
  • Minimum of 5 years in a pre-sales engineering or consulting role within a multinational environment
  • Understanding of Information Security due diligence with financial services firm
