Product Manager
About The Position
As a Product Manager at AccessFintech you will be required to solve complex problems for our clients and work in a dynamic environment with a product that is constantly evolving.
The Product Management team plays a pivotal role at AccessFintech. It drives product creation, in close collaboration with Marketing, Design and Software Development departments.
Responsibilities:
• Drive product development by prioritizing and managing the product backlog,
in order to ensure we provide our clients with a great product.
• Work closely with R&D, Sales, Operations, and other departments.
• Create and manage project plans.
• Provide detailed product documentation, including PRDs, SRDs, and user guides.
• Manage the software lifecycle from definition through to launch, maintenance, and support.
• Test features to ensure they are coded according to design.
Requirements
• BA/BSC degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• At least two years of experience as a hands-on Product Manager.
• High-level understanding of UX and ability to work with UX designers.
• Highly analytical and creative.
• Fast learner.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
